Ministry and Volunteer Opportunities
Get involved today with our youth!
Our youth programs continue to grow, and with that growth comes the ongoing need for dedicated camp staff. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, this is a wonderful time to join us! Volunteering at camp is a chance to build community, nurture faith, and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
To volunteer, you must be a Registered Child and Youth Worker (RCYW) with Community of Christ. Becoming registered involves a short class, an application, and at least six months of church affiliation.
An RCYW class will be offered in person at Reunion and can also be scheduled by request throughout the year.
Every role at camp matters and helps create the sacred, joy-filled community our youth look forward to all year long:
Counselors
The heart of the camper experience. You’ll live in cabins with youth, share in daily activities, and build strong relationships rooted in laughter, care, and faith.
Directors
The planners and visionaries who design the camp experience from start to finish. Creative, organized leaders who guide both the big picture and the small moments that make camp special.
Program Assistants
The behind-the-scenes heroes who keep camp running smoothly. Perfect for those who love organizing, creating, and problem-solving.
Medical Staff
Essential caregivers who ensure the health and well-being of campers and staff. Nurses, EMTs, and other trained professionals create a safe, nurturing environment.
Counselor-In-Training
Anyone under 21 who supports cabin counselors. CITs learn from experienced staff while building meaningful relationships with campers.
No matter your role, you’ll be part of something life-changing, for the youth, and for you.
